Exceptional service from start to finish. Went above and beyond through the process to make sure my sale went through. They even helped pick up paperwork and hand deliver back to the solicitors to make sure we made the deadlines set by the new build company at the top. The sales team exceeded my expectations. I'd dealt with two agents previously, both of which promised viewers from their client bank which never materialised. Abbott Fox didn't take this approach but found me three before photos were taken and one of them ended up being my buyer for over the initial asking price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any seller.
