Non existent customer service. Appears a very toxic salon. Making fun of other clients in front of customers. New Manager Rebecca even worse than the last.

I came in today and brought all 3 of my children who all had there hair cut and I also had a appointment too.I’ve been coming here on and off for years now but I think it’s time for a change…as today while my daughter was having her hair cut and my other 2 boys were waiting for her, a member of staff was then assuming I had wandered off and they were meant to look after them??? Excuse me.. I was also booked in and was having my hair done she was saying this to the lady who was doing my daughter hair.. get ur facts right lady I would never leave my kids for someone to look after and to say this in front of my daughter how rude only for her to tell me when I got home. I would have approached u then if I knew.. I pay for a service that I can happily take else where!!! I’ve heard her talk about others before and today it was me. Will not be coming back here.

I am absolutely outraged! I came in to the salon tonight to have a couples massage for me and my husband to be seeing as it's our wedding this Sunday, I booked this in last week baring in mind, the girl who took my booking said ok that's all booked in for you, I then said can I book in a day please? Therefore she must have been clearly rushing! Even my partner heard me on the call when I booked in and remembered me stating this. We arrived in tonight only to be told that it had been booked for 2nd Dec! I will be on my honeymoon then so why on earth would I book in for that date?! I'm disgusted that such a mistake could happen given that we've already had major wedding stress and this was for us to relax before the big day and after already having a lot on our plate in the build up. I will not be recommending your salon and had bad experience in the past I came back hoping that there was improvement which there clearly isn't. They didn’t do anything to try and fix this.

This salon does not even deserve one star. I went into this salon for a perm with pim, what a disaster, she was more bothered about other clients in the salon than her own client, which resulted in her leaving the perming lotion on way too long and ruining my hair completely. This was even after she convinced me to pay extra for olapex treatment. Not only was my hair ruined; so was my clothing, she didn’t even put a gown on me until halfway through treatment. Which resulted in perm lotion staining my hood and the top of my jumper, quite badly. I contacted the salon to explain this and asked for a refund for the jumper all I got was abuse from the manager, She put the phone down on me. She sent me a very unprofessional email, even lied about not being in the salon because she didn’t want to deal with the situation, still completely refuses to refund the jumper even after admitting fault over the phone. Awful quality of work, awful service. I Do not recommend this salon Go elsewhere
