It is exceptionally frustrating that there is no number to actually have a conversation I have used the 0115 number - it does not ring through, I just want t exchange some trousers for a smaller size but I am told I have to reorder - when Ii goto your site the item does not exist. i am goinground in circles!!!

Further to my previous review on bike wear direct I must update with an APOLOGY as today without any notice my package arrived from BWD only wish their communications was in place to prevent my previous concerns goods arrived as described at the very reasonable price hope to use BWD in future and hope the communication is in place please accept my apology

Fair website, good prices for the stock listed however!: Week ago ordered 2 items. money taken from my card no order confirmation received, emailed and text this company several times and made numerous attempts to contact them by phone. Line is dead do not part with your money
