Central Bikes Sheperds Bush have been looking after my Moto Guzzi V7 for a number of years now. Great service at a fair price. They will recommend what to do on your bike and when to do it if needs repairs or a service but they will never force your hand!

More than two years ago I bought a new scooter with them and the seller was Nick. Everything seemed ok until the moment I decided to sell it. They sold me a motorcycle with a serial or VIN that was not correct. It was not the same as the V5 reflected. Concerned about this, I called the seller Nick to ask him and he told me that they had an error and that my V5 belonged to someone else and that person had mine. Supposedly he modified that error by the DVLA and had to wait 6 weeks. Nick tells me that they can buy the motorcycle 60% less than what it is worth in the market and for obvious reasons I reject that absurd offer and I preferred to wait. In those 6 weeks the only thing he sent me was a letter from him. At the end of the 6 weeks and no further response from Nick either by email or by phone. He did not become more responsible. I called the DVLA and they told me that central bike never sent any email and that I had to do a different process than the one the seller had told me. Tip: When you buy a motorcycle there, take the time to carefully review the documents and serials. I have all the emails if someone wants to check my review.

My first visit to Central Bikes & I found them to be very helpful & accommodating. Throttle cable broke & even though they had to order parts they had my bike back in the road in a couple of days.
