Just like most other people on here I'm having a very bad experience with these people. I decided to go with Drive Dynamics London because one of my colleague passed with them at the very 1st practical test, she advised me to go there so I decided to move to them from my local driving school. At that time there was an offer of £99.00 for 1st 10 hr lessons on their website, but when I called them to book my lessons on 14th April'17, they told me the offer is not available now, It was £200.00 for 10 lessons of 1hr, and they are giving offer at £340 for 20hr lessons. I booked for 20hrs lessons as I didn't want to go for further hassle regarding payment, I booked altogether. I paid £205.00 through my debit card over phone (£5.00 extra charge for the admin purpose) and I was told to give balance (£140.00) to them on next Friday. I got bit confused when i got payment confirmation e-mail from DD, it was written no outstanding payment!!! But later on when I asked about it to DD they told me I booked my 20hrs lesson at £340.00 so I need to give the balanced £140.00 cash to the instructor as DD can only take payment once over phone, it was so weird, but I did not mind I gave my outstanding money to the instructor on my 2nd lesson!!!!
However, four days later the allocation team from DD gave me the contact number of my Instructor Mr. Muhammed Khakar through a text massage. Till 22nd of April'17 I did not hear anything from my instructor after my several calls. I wrote to DD and called them regarding my instructor. And as usually they held me for more than 30 minutes in the cue in telephone line.!!! An it happens everytime, Even today I was in the cue #2 still I was held my line upto 20minutes in the hope to be connected in the next moment!!!!How disgusting customer service they have!!!!
However, after couple of conversations my instructor confirmed to start my lesson from 6th of May at 17:30 on every Saturday, suddenly 1hr before he texted me about the delay as he was driving from far away!!!! At the very fast day he came 1hr late and finished 15minutes early!!! He came next Saturday, again 15 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early. So I had just done my 2 lessons, completing 4hrs only out of 20hrs. one strange thing I felt about my Instructor that he never receives my call or gives me call back, he puts me always in the voice mail service and using the name of drive dynamics company name or replies me back through text massage! He uses the company logo onto his car, so I never tried to keep the car number as record as I had full trust on DD as they gave Mr Khakar's contact number and asked me to contact him for the schedule arrangement. So I was in the impression that i am in the write hand!
Problem started from my lesson of 3rd week, suddenly at 3:30pm he let me know about his inability to come over that day as he is out of the town, he offered to cover it on week days, where as I work on weekdays, I told I will do it on next Sunday. On next Friday I confirmed to come on next Saturday. he did not reply me back, He did not come on next two weeks as well. I missed three weeks together! I tried to contact DD after long cue stress over phone, they tried to contact Mr. Khakar and then Mr. Khakr contacted me and told me he was coming on next Saturday and booked all Saturday for June for me. I tried to be very normal with him. I realized I almost forgot all the things I learnt in my 1st two lessons, I lost my confidence already! And that was his last day to give me lesson and my third lesson completing 6 hrs out of 20hrs! Since then he is absolutely lost, no massage, no reply, no call back anything!!! I tried several time to contact him, DD as well, Luckily could get connected to Ms Paula in Customer Service on 20th of June and she told me to get the cash money back form the instructor as he is self employed instructor, they dont know anything about money back from him and they are not even agreeing to give my money (£200.00) back that I paid over phone!!! Ms Paula told me she would call me back after contacting Mr. Khakar but till date she did not call me back or replied any of my e-mail I sent to customer service!!!!!
They left me nowhere other than taking legal action against DD and to take my money back from my bank. After having such hassle I would suggest all the students to keep yourself far far away from Drive Dynamics and whoever is suffering needs to take legal action against DD and the instructor so that they can not do the same thing to others as well!!!
