Harry was very attentive, considerate, hard working and meticulous. He was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all our concerns were addressed. He was also very good with his apprentice and constantly explained in detail, everything that he was doing at every stage. I believe he is a very good asset to your organisation and will continue to excel because he has the right attitude.

The team was on time and identified the issue promptly. Replacement parts were sourced immediately and problem fixed straight away. So nice to have trades finish the job in one visit.
