I wouldn’t even give one star but you can’t submit a review without at least one.
The most incompetent, company with no integrity, accountability or basic customer service, I’ve ever had the nightmare of giving money to.
Use any other company except this one, if you actually wish to have your contract honoured.
We booked and paid a deposit on 7th February to secure house for a hen party at the end of July. We paid in full in 17th May. On 6th June we received this email
from the owner Lee Clarke,
“I’m sorry to tell you that the house we booked for you has been double-booked.
The Hotels Team tried to make payment but the owners could not accept the payment due to the over-sight”
He told us there was nothing available in our price range apart from a hotel which we didn’t want for such a large party. There was no offer of compensation at the time so we had no choice but to get a refund. This left us with very little options.
Lee Clarke is very rude amd arrogant. He did eventually offer a £300 credit note but this has not been forth coming, in fact in a recent email he has said there is “not a chance” of getting anything from him.
For us the last minute cancellation means that our bride is hen party less.
Save yourself the stress, pain and disappointment and avoid this company at all costs!!
