Nice consultant and friendly, but information provided on the deal was not aligned to the information I had. Deal not based on usage figures I normally use from past provider, cost actually £45/month more than the estimate given and cancellation £90 and not £60 as indicated. Therefore based on the above, whilst I need to look for a new energy supplier People’s Energy don’t seem the best deal so I cancelled the process to move.
Also I did call the number on your web site to discuss and seemed to be directed to a mobile voice mail box with no message. Many thanks

Given wrong offer and unnecessary I have to call new supplier for cancel switching and also have to connect my old supplier to block switching.very bad. There is no other option to give less than 1 star otherwise I would give 0 star.
