Didn't explain the plan properly found out since the energy provider doesn't do warm front discount even though I mentioned it also it says two months payment taken first and I wasn't told about this either

This company admitted I was told lies by one of their advisors yet they will not resolve my complaint. The advisor who gave me the bad advice was dismissed as Golden Egg admitted they had noticed “a pattern in her calls”. How many other customers have been ripped off with lies and hard sell tactics?

Disgraceful customer service, unregulated company so when bad advice is given you will have no one to complain to, even the ombudsman service can’t investigate any complaints. Steer well clear

Sometimes it's difficult to speak to the person you last spoke to, I know you are a very busy company. The last one who rang me to change the gas and electricity was very helpful, but I have not been able to send my meter readings as my password is not being accepted by people's energy and I have not been able to speak to you or them. I know some of this will be my inability to work emails well.
