Dreadful customer service, switched my neighbours supply instead of mine who has a different name and meter. Still no call back after 10 days. Avoid at all costs!

I was lied to from the outset, my cancellation fee, I owed my previous supplier a small amount all of which I was told would be cleared, I've been told I've reduced my monthly spending which I can't guarantee now, my months bill went from £75 to £192, I was offered a £60 goodwill jesture but when I accepted the offer but informed them I would continue the matter the goodwill gesture was removed, now I'm in a contract with a new company and my bill could sky rocket, I've had to pay £192,raise a complaint which can take up to 8 weeks and if not satisfied I will have to go to the ombudsman........ I will definitely NEVER use this company again, I am extremely angry
