`Although the 'cold caller' was polite I ended up agreeing to something I did not want. Within a very short time I tried to cancel the arrangements and was told by a supervisor that I had to call the new energy supplier direct. Two days later Golden Egg provided the new suppliers details. Other emails referred to a supply to my present address being set up when I clearly stated I would consider cancelling my present supplier because I was informed that Peoples Power offered a better deal when in fact they do not, I wanted to start a new supply to an address I would be moving to in early April. I received a dire4ct debit mandater t6hat contained incorrect information. I contacted Peoples Power, who I believe offer good service, explained the situation and was able to cancel any further dealings with them until I contact them should I require their services.
