Speedy and clear problem analysis, supported by clear cost options. Bit surprised though that you're not able to fix faults in Auto Gearboxes and have to replace in 90% of cases.... I would have expected your experience to have improved that position.

Problem with my van was diagnosed quickly. I was given a loan car to get me back home to Taunton. The ban was delivered back to my home the following day having haf the flywheel and clutch replaced. Its now like driving a new van. excellent service

I did not have a repair carried out due to the cost of reconditioning being twice that of a new box, the staff were very helpful and polite and showed me the damage caused so I knew I wasn't being conned

The staff were very friendly and helpful and my car was booked in very quickly. Good communication - whilst my car was in the garage they called me to update me and let me know when it was ready to be picked up.
However they missed the problem I took it in for. They fixed other things but the noise I originally took it in for is now progressively getting worse. I'll have to spend even more money to get it fixed - so I'm disappointed that they missed the origional problem.
