very polite and courteous driver who was considerate of our needs on the long drive from Heathrow to Exeter including coffee and toilet stops on request. Just what we needed after a gruelling 13 hour overnight flight from Malaysia.

we arrived working the time scale but driver wanted to charge more than agreed price. We made clear when we were booking the taxi how ever he still wouldn’t listen and asking us to pay extra for his wait. Even thou we arrived witching the time was agreed. He was annoying and made the journey uncomfortable. It was tiring after long flight to deal with this but he wouldn’t listen. I use taxi service every month as I travel abroad often and this was very annoying situation for the first time in my life. I did tell the driver that it’s not professional arguing constantly with customer but he wouldn’t listen. I simply could have given him the tip anyway but he has lost that arguing it. Therefore I’m giving only one star so u guys can teach driver about the service.
