In March 2011 I purchased a 2009 chrysler 300c with just 31,000 miles on from new, I'm sure you will know which car I am talking about.
I have owned the car some 6 1/2 years now and have just retired her from executive airport transfer work.
It takes two to look after a car, the driver, and the garage you trust to service it and keep you on the road, in a reliable quiet and comfortable car.
I can honestly say, dealing with Dave, or Steve on the front desk is an absolute pleasure, they know my car very, very well and the service I have received, I don't believe could be bettered by anyone else. Anywhere.
If I phone up with an issue, they well help verbally (I am mechanically minded) or will get me booked in at their earliest convenience, as they know my car is my livelihood.
The guys that actually service my cars deserve a special mention too, always done to the highest standards, and will let me know if something needs replacing in the near future - this is a great as I do some some 70,000 miles a year In my line of work
The ladies on the car hire hire desk, like yourself, always acknowledge me when I'm in the reception area, and a coffee is regularly offered to me.
Service really is everything, in the last 6 1/2 years I have done just over 400,000 business miles, and you have serviced my car no less than twenty-nine (29) times.
As mentioned I have now retired her, at 431,000 miles, but rest assured you will see her again, as the wife now has the pleasure of driving her.
You have all played your part in looking after me and my car.
