Unfortunately, there was quite a disconnect between the conversations prior to the move and what actually happened.
In general though, everything worked well and the men were friendly and did a good job.
However:
The sole driver was doing more mileage in one day than I believe to be permissible, and the information about the best way to reach the property was not passed on to driver. I was told they would be spending the night somewhere to ease the toll. This, it seems, was an idea but no more, although the distance warranted this. There was only one driver.
In my opinion, not fair on the men. Unless of course, the information they gave me was incorrect.

Great move by Troy and his team on a very hot day! Did an amazing job getting all the furniture down from a 5th floor flat, delivering it to 2 different locations and managing to get a bulky sofa through the narrow door and hallway of our Edwardian house. Nothing defeated them! Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise and thanks for Loads4Less. We had a complicated long distance move, and ran into endless glitches. I would recommend using Loads for Less - the packers were polite, chatty and thorough, they did a decent job. Two things surprised me: they were not wearing a uniform of any type which resulted in a slightly shabby, less professional appearance, and, more importantly, they didn't seem to have been equipped with the right packing material (flimsy wrapping paper and a small amount of bubble wrap) for my glassware, china and framed pictures. We ended up using my supplies of wrapping paper and thick bubble wrap, so I am now happy that my belongings will endure my move.
