I was really impressed with how Montrose dealt with finding me new tenants. They were efficient, professional and very helpful. They always returned my calls quickly and they arranged the maintenance jobs ASAP and they were completed to an excellent quality. All the stuff were polite and helpful, especially Ruth and Heather. I will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in using them to manage the property.

You are asking me to resubmit in order to correct a dob which the website fixed when I was making my submission and would not let me correct. Please sort out your software. I will not resubmit my whole application in order to cerrrct an error your software forced.

Having been involved with a number of agents regarding several properties, I can honestly say from experience that Montrose are quite simply the best of the best! Their service has been second to none and above and beyond all expectations, including sourcing excellent tenants over the space of many years,as well as undertaking complex referbishment work and maximizing rental incomes.

The reference form does not allow just the guarantor to fill in their information the student needs to be there too and the student is away at university . Pointless ans frustrating !

This agency is the worst I have ever dealt with. Poor etiquette, zero empathy and absolutely no compassion. I was promised that my application would be first in line. However, after ringing the agency (over 4 times), I had found out that they had not put my application forward. Was I given a reason? No! I spoke to 4 members of staff who were all rude. Would not recommend!
