Iv bought many many cars

Firstly I would like to thank the team including Alan, Linda and Charlie for their warm reassurance, support , clarity, knowledge and welcome. I very much appreciated an informed, knowledgeable and focussed approach to questions and no sales push, which in some other sales situations I have found so distracting and counterproductive from the task involving significant sums of money. This positive approach engenders trust and clear communication, and the ease of focussing on what is important, ie the nature of the product.
On top of that the efforts made to ensure a reliable product and successful test-drive were markedly genuine. Further to this the assistance in organising the other details of road tax and insurance aided by a warming cup of tea and favourite biscuits made its warming and reassuring experience.
All members of the above team were part of this impressive package for which I am indebted. I would recommend friends and relatives to Mount Vernon Motors and would return in years to come to this team without hesitation.
