Do not buy anything from this company once they have your money you never hear from them again disgraceful customer service don't bother ringing I was number 2 in the queue and I never got through on phone for hours beware of this company wouldn't give them 1 star

These guys are criminals. They promised to deliver a £533 bath within 7 days. Once I paid they never replied to me again. They never picked up the phone. They they never delivered my bath (been over a month). I was lucky to be refunded by my bank. Don't buy anything from them. There are 100s of cases like mine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the huge range of products available at Nationwide Bathrooms. They had everything I needed for my bathroom renovation, from tiles to taps to shower enclosures. The prices were competitive and the quality of the products was top-notch. The staff were also very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Great website and products. Easy to speak to, prompt reply on the query. Reason for four stars rather than five I had to ring to check on my order as hadn't heard about delivery. All items are said in stock for 3-5 days delivery. I rang after a week and delivery was made the following day.

Delivery was on the day I requested. The delivery driver waited 20 mins and allowed me to inspect the goods. It took me a few weekends working on my own to install the bath, sink, and toilet. Very pleased with the result. Overall very good service and quality products for a good price.

From the moment of the order, there was excellent communication all through the purchasing process until delivery. I received emails with a time of despatch, up until the date of delivery. The service from this seller is second to none both in terms of low prices and delivery. These rads were ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and delivered on a Friday morning. I was kept fully informed by e-mail on the ordering and delivery details.

Item arrived swiftly and through lack of instructions which when contacted and forwarded by email, were supposed to be installed by a plumber????! Then noticed a hairline crack in the back of the pedestal which they partially refunded or offered an exchange. Would definitely buy from you again!

Had it for over a year now, still looks as good as the day it was finished, it took about a week from ripping the old one out to the finished installation. it's a well-used kitchen and takes a lot of punishment. It's a workable area, everything is easy to use and thoughtfully placed.

Great prices and service. Part of the order arrived cracked (the courier had clearly stood on the box, as he’d left a footprint) however, they responded immediately and sent a replacement. Very impressed. Will use them again.

If your looking for a new bathroom why not go to better bathrooms they have fantastic offers in-store and their staff are great and very understanding.If you have any problems at all they are ready to help and if you don't like it when you get home you can change it no problem at all

Everything ordered arrived as stated on time. I have done a cursory inspection no damage can be seen. Will be about 10-15 days before I can fully unpack items. The drain for the shower tray looks a bit flimsy/thin plastic/cheap not up to the standard of my other shower drain.
