Quick delivery. Product quality first class. You can be let down so often with internet buying. I was refunded postage as two items ordered in two orders my mistake was refunded without question when I asked as they were delivered as one parcel.

Great service, radiators delivered promptly, and will definitely buy more from Nationwide Bathrooms Shop as cottage renovation proceeds. Great radiators too, not as deep as I thought they’d be which is great snd they do add a bit more character to the room.

This is a great bath if you have an over-bath shower. The fact that it is straight at one end means you can get under the shower more easily. Looks fantastic too!

Excellent value for money. Just compare with other suppliers. Had 1 item damaged in transit, just sent a photo of an item and it was replaced within 3 days. Very helpful after-sales service. Will use it again and definitely recommend it.

I was looking for a bath panel that was apparently very 'rare' and expensive but found it on Nationwide bathrooms at the cheapest price, unfortunately, after I ordered the panel I received a phone call saying it had been discontinued but they had a more expensive version made from a different material and they were willing to upgrade it free of charge. It was at my door two days later, I couldn't be happier.

Fast delivery, fair after-sales service given the current climate and in comparison to my experience with other retailers. The product was returned due to minor differences. Agreed on refund after a lengthy exchange of emails hence not 5 star
