Absolutely top-notch customer services. The item I ordered was out of stock so John took the time to recommend two other identical products if I wanted. The items arrived 2 days later and he followed them up with a phone call to check if they had arrived. Definitely will use it again.

Very happy with the products I ordered which arrived within a couple of days, and very happy with the customer service when a small problem was found with one of the items. Photos were sent, the problem was acknowledged, and a replacement was sent out immediately!

I was very impressed by the service. They were able to source a shower screen that I was having difficulty with and get it delivered to me in time for the bathroom fit. They phoned by regularly to let me know of progress in manufacturing and delivery. And their price was the lowest I had seen. I would definitely use them again.
