Never quite sure what to expect when ordering from the internet, but a friend recommended NB. There was a problem with one item, which was not in stock. I had a personalized email within 24 hours explaining and advising the new delivery date. The bath, screen, and panels came as promised, and time was allowed by the delivery driver for checking the products. The only way to buy.
