The ground basis I bought the BMW X1 was on that you would do the timechain for £800.

The guys at your garage were nice and friendly but after having the car for a few months there is a problem with it but I've have had no help from the garage to fix the problem. I've called them 5 or 6 times for help and not once have they replied. I spoke to someone about getting the problem fixed under warranty and they haven't called back either.
Nice garage but I wouldn't buy from them again.

Do not buy a vehicle from this garage!!!!!
Do not buy a vehicle from this garage, brought an Audi a3 and drove it home which was 3 miles from the garage. By the time I got home the car over heated and did not sound right. Returned the car the next day and the garage took the car to a friend to check this over. Apparently all was checked and was ok but I have video evidence on this. A month later the garage has still not shut down my account and are still trying to take payments for this vehicle. The people on the phone are very rude, and are refusing to take the vehicle back even though it was returned 48 hours after purchase. Terrible experience with this dealership, would not recommend.

Pleased with what I bought from Oakwood autos. I give 3 stars firstly because when I went to pick up the car it was quite dirty (would’ve been a better experience if picked up clean) when I went for a test drive I found out I was driving illegally as it turns out they didn’t insure the car at the time (no number plates or anything) even though they said it was fine. I must be a lucky buyer as the car currently has no problems and I see a lot of poor reviews about this place.
