I feel privileged to have known Mrs Deborah Yardy, head of property management at Pymm&co. During the period of our tenancy, she has always been very professional and supported us in many ways. This was the first time this apartment has been managed by Pymms. Covid could have been a reason for the poor customer service and lack of information - I don’t know. The “manual” left for tenants was last updated in 2009 ! The maintenance manager, when involved was good ! Pymms role is no longer just to find a tenant and must earn their fee paid by the landlord. They are still having an issue with giving me the landlords name and address - something that is required by law. It’s a great flat and all is now good.... it’s just taken a lot longer than it should have done to bottom out my queries.
