I have now rented off of pymm and co for 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. Anything Iv called for was sorted straightaway. Andra, Mel and Deborah have been amazing!

At times they were slow to reply to emails, would offer to contact the landlord then wouldn't do so and would admit to not having done so despite several calls. Finally on booking in to collect everything we waited ten minutes for things to be prepared whilst making use of the short stay parking nearby. Overall it felt quite disorganised.

I cannot recommend the letting team at Pymm & Co. highly enough for their professional and excellent service. When the tenant moved out Kurtis was very thorough in assessing the condition of the property. After only 4 days of advertising Nadine had found us a new tenant. Their service has been exemplary from start to finish.

This was the first time this apartment has been managed by Pymms. Covid could have been a reason for the poor customer service and lack of information - I don’t know. The “manual” left for tenants was last updated in 2009 ! The maintenance manager, when involved was good ! Pymms role is no longer just to find a tenant and must earn their fee paid by the landlord. They are still having an issue with giving me the landlords name and address - something that is required by law. It’s a great flat and all is now good.... it’s just taken a lot longer than it should have done to bottom out my queries.
