I'm not sure if there is a high turnover of employees, but it seems that there is little communication between the teams regarding accounts. My property has been let out by the company from 2014 and on a previous occasion in 2009. I only asked that communication with myself between 9am and 5pm be kept to email, and that ideally, one employee would deal with my account. Despite this, I have had multiple employees try and call me throughout the day on numerous occasions. Also when it came to letting out my flat after a break of 2 months, the agency did not seem to be able to realise that the property was vacant and that the previous tenants (who they had managed) were not in the flat, and they therefore contacted them, as well as the previous tenants from 2013/14 to arrange viewings! These are clearly areas to be improved upon.
