I am a landlord with a single, rental property and I've been with SB property management for about 3.5 years. I've found Struan and his staff to be hard working and friendly. They always respond promptly and in a business like manner to my enquiries. They also deal very efficiently (at least, from my point of view) with the inevitable occasional breakdowns of appliances at the property. So I'd like to give the organisation more than three stars but a number of issues (checks, maintenance issues, for example) seem to have slipped through the net recently. I'm sure these oversights can be corrected quite simply - I imagine that proper use of an appropriate software package would allow issues to be flagged (automatically for regular items) and only un-flagged when they had actually been attended to, for example. I look forward to being able to submit a more favourable rating score in the near future.
