The service all the way through was really efficient and competitive on price. The two lads did a lot of miles that day and kept in contact throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. The reason not to give a perfect score is the way I've been ignored over an antique that was damaged on arrival. To just ignore a client is pretty bad. Even if i were told nothing could be done,at least it's a reply. The owner is based in Spain and has always maintained good contact but is now ignoring my polite emails. I'm not going to continue chasing, despite the fact they say they have insurance, as my life is too busy with more rewarding things. I'm just disappointed, that's all.

The boys were excellent and very efficient.
My only complaint is that despite stating that I have a big 3 bed house with lot of content, only 2 Van's were sent. These were not enough as they could not fit everything in one trip.
So I ended up paying through no fault of my own, for an extra trip the following day which I was not impressed with. The contents were miscalculated. Initially the quote was for single Bedford vam but I insisted that would not be enough and I was then given a quote for 2 vans. I would have preferred the large lorry which would have made the hob a lot easier for everyone.
I cant fault the timing of the 2 lads who turned up on time on both days.
I would recommend if you use this company that you insist on your judgement of what capacity of van(s) needed and not what is quoted to you.

Great service, team were on time, courteous and very helpful, even being so kind as to un-plumb and re-plumb, the washing machine for us. The complimentary packing provided was very much appriciated. Would definitely use again and recommend

Absolutely brilliant, a very very stressful time for me moving my dad to our house, I was on my own at my dads house, and these 2 young fella’s could not do enough to help in anyway that they could, nothing was too much trouble, an absolute credit to the company they work for, I highly, highly recommend this company for a move! Movers on the day were excellent, very friendly professional and packed everything in an orderly and careful manner. A site visit however beforehand would have helped to avoid them realising the trucks they brought were not big enough resulting in having to leave items at the address for me to have to collect later.
