I found they were very responsive right from the word go. Polite eager to help and assist you with any problems or questions you may have. I was lucky to have Sean and Will as my removal men, outstanding performance moving out and even put the boxes in the desired rooms which were written on the boxes; they are a credit to the company. It was a long day moving from Gloucester to Lincoln loading and unloading and a long drive home for them so a late finish on a Saturday. I would like to thank them personally for all their help, laughing and joking all day. brilliant banter and would be ask for them again.... hopefully not to soon lol. Thank you Craig and all at simply removals.

Shaun and Will were fantastic. It was a far from straight forward move, not least given the stormy weather, but despite all the unexpected complications they were hardworking, cheerful, polite and went over and above what could be expected. They could not have been more helpful, supportive, kind and good humoured. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They are very straightforward, the Offer is really good in terms of prices!! no doubt that the team facilitates and make things easy for you!
Unfortunately, we had a lot of furniture damaged between the transport and the disassembling/assembling, and only when we went to actually open the wardrobes, and start to put everything into place we realized about all the damages... it's a shame but the field team despite the quickness make it not to be worth it.
It was the second time we used this company, and due to all the problems it will be the last.

Was a little worried that they were linked to Simply Removals in London, as their reviews were absolutely rubbish. We were very relieved when they turned up, three lads who were very jovial and hardworking. They did a great job through out the day. A few little and very minor things re: scratches and breakages, but I expected that given, the amount of moving we had to do. Overall a very good service, polite and respectful lads, and very hardworking.

absolutely first class service. Craig couldn’t have been more accommodating especially as our move took longer and we needed extra removals. The two removal men, Will and Sean were just amazing, polite professional and determined to get the job done no matter what difficulties they faced (big sofa bed through tiny cottage door frame) and absolutely accommodated my 11 year old when he desperately wanted to help. Great firm, 100% recommend and the boys - just brilliant - absolutely worth their weight in gold!

The guys who helped me move today were amazing! Despite a huge accident in the motorway they managed to get me moved all in the same day. They took great care loading and unloading the van. Thanks so much simply removals

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Cost wise, extremely good value. Work wise, the 3 men that helped us move were extremely quick, very considerate and very thorough. I have moved house many times but I have never seen a firm work as hard as this one When a problem arose, due to an error on my part, the firm came to our rescue and resolved the issue.

Very nice guys who worked hard, however the lack of a thorough initial quote and an over-stretched team caused us a lot of issues. We had to hire additional help.

The removal went extremely smoothly on the day. The two guys Rich and Will, that moved me were brilliant. They were helpful, knew exactly what that had to do without supervision. They were happy to go the extra mile too. Really appreciated as this was an extremely stressful time for me having not moved for some time.. I would happily recommend them to amyone, and use them again myself.
