The service all the way through was really efficient and competitive on price. The two lads did a lot of miles that day and kept in contact throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. The reason not to give a perfect score is the way I've been ignored over an antique that was damaged on arrival. To just ignore a client is pretty bad. Even if i were told nothing could be done,at least it's a reply. The owner is based in Spain and has always maintained good contact but is now ignoring my polite emails. I'm not going to continue chasing, despite the fact they say they have insurance, as my life is too busy with more rewarding things. I'm just disappointed, that's all.
