Where do I start?
Last Wednesday when I booked I asked for a vehicle large enough for 4 adults with two suitcases and two golf travel bags. A Mercedes estate turned up which, after one seat had been taken up in putting the golf bags through from the boot, meant three large men had to squeeze into the space for two. Apart from being incredibly uncomfortable, this was completely illegal and highly dangerous - but we knew we had no option as another car almost certainly could not have got out to us in sufficient time.
Despite our dissatisfaction, we thought we would give you a second chance;
so, on the 1st of November I booked the return trip through you. Whilst the confirmation correctly stated I had booked an MPV, the pick-up day/date was wrong ! After this was corrected however, I then received an email and a text saying the SAME Mercedes estate was picking us up !!!
Assuming this had been corrected (after I texted), when we arrived back in the UK I called to confirm where we should meet and was told to look for the same estate car along with another car.
After we had already arrived home I then get a call about where to meet the MPV driver and this morning I get a call asking if I want to book a return journey !!!
Added to that, I booked through a company called "Gatwick Taxi", got confirmations from "MyTaxe" and was met my "Warm Cars" which is all very confusing.
The whole experience has been highly unprofessional and unless I am offered compensation and an assurance these were just two bad examples of an otherwise good service, I certainly won't be using you again.
