I highly recommend Cycle Law Scotland to anyone contemplating a claim. I came off my bicycle at a faulty roadworks and received numerous injuries. I wasn’t going to put a claim in but as I felt accident was due to neglect on part of contractor I presented facts to Cycle Law Scotland who were of the opinion the contractor had a case to answer.
Zara Jones, Senior Solicitor at Cycle Law Scotland handled my claim. I can’t praise her highly enough. At all times she was professional, highly competent, courteous, understanding, and very timely in answering queries. The claim took 2 years, through no fault of Cycle Law Scotland. I actually think this may be quicker than the average time taken for these claims thanks to Cycle Law Scotland.
I received a fair award commensurate with my injuries. The fee charged by Cycle Law Scotland was very fair in comparison with other claim companies.
