No way you can be half an hour late and blame the customer. I made everything possible to keep the driver informed about the flight schedule. However, from the first call the driver started by stating he will be late. Later on, despite me saying that I was boarding he insisted that he checked on line and the flight was being delayed by 12-18 hours. I should mention that we ordered two taxis. One managed to be at Stanstead in time and the other was half an hour late.
