Since there isn't any review section on there social media pages I will post on here,
I'm so dissapointed in my experience at the manchester bar, I have always wanted to go here and based me choosing Manchester as my hen weekend destination so that I could visit this bar!
When I booked the table I had to pay a £120 deposit and was told I needed to pre book a bottle for the table which I did they said this would he waiting for us when we arrive etc when we got to the table it was in a dark corner of the back of the bar and was all dirty and unclean, nothing was on the table it was empty, I went up to the bar and they didn't have a clue what I was speaking about and I ended up just ordering 1 drink for the whole party which would have been covered by the deposit we had paid much to my surprise the bar man tried over charging us almost £45 I was disgusted and it really put me off, half of the drinks didn't even taste like they had alcohol in them and were badly watered down!
Finally a manager came along and offered us a bottle of prosecco which was kindly refused and instead offered us a free round of drinks which was appreciated but these drinks were even worse, one of guests had glass in there drink and we were so shocked to find glass all over the floor underneath our table! There were also suppose to come back and clean the table and clean up the class this was never done,
Hen party tables around us shared the same experience most of them having to wait up to 3 hours for food!
This put a huge dampner on my night, I do not recommend going here if you are part of a large group, they couldn't care less about you!
The only OK part was the photo opportunities which were beside the toilets so was packed and you could hardly get in.
Don't waste your time or money going here for watered down drinks and bad service!
