Not sure why the driver was not waiting form us. If he had, I would have given a higher score as the car was nice and he was smart. However, not only did we have to wait 45 minutes for him, when we rang to locate him, he asked us to go to the parking area to wait for him. So, I to manhandled the wobbly trolley and all my luggage down the lifts but found he had given me the wrong floor. I suddenly realised we had paid good money for the privilege of a car and driver and should not be chasing him round Heathrow after a 12 hour flight. Fortunately, the staff at the airport spotted we were lost and in trouble so rang the driver and guided him to us. The driver then watched me man handle the luggage trolley back up the lifts and over to his car, which is not really good manners either. His taste in music is top notch but we actually wanted to sleep and the music was too loud for us to have more than a doze on our 2.5 hour journey. I did feel like we were there to do him a favour rather than us paying him for a service. Not really what you want after a long journey!
