Miller Metcalfe were very good when we requested a valuation for a flat we were selling, even called to collect the keys and did a valuation on my house too. Unfortunately once they had our business it was not so good. We were given the wrong information about who had made an offer. We did not receive a memorandum of sale. There was no contact until I got a phone call asking if we had completed. They had mixed us up with another flat. My main complaint is that nobody ever rang back when they said they would. All very pleasant when I did manage to speak to anyone but I’m afraid I will not use again because of the lack of communication.
