Not very good/would not recommend.
I had a call from GoldenEgg last week and my call was put through to 3 different people for explaining the deals. Finally, I had someone called Kimmy who can explain the deal and persuaded me to switch. I got an email with details of new offer, when I compare the annual estimated electric/gas units with my incumbent supplier, GoldenEgg energy has underestimated my usage and show my monthly bill has been reduced significantly. In my opinion, GoldenEgg has mis-sold the deal. I did this comparison of deals whilst on the call to GoldenEgg (Kimmy) and asked to cancel the switch. The lady on the phone said she will get back to me after speaking to new energy supplier about cancellation but never did. I have liaised with the new energy supplier myself and got it sorted after couple if days.
