DO NOT go near this company NEVER EVER.
I had 2 leaking taps, the sink and the garden tap. They changed the tap (£25,00) in the garden, also the tap in the sink since they said that they could not get the parts. (£90). Total bill £382. I was shocked that 2 leaking taps could amount to nearly £400 so I complained and I was offered some discounts that reduce my bill to £364.5. I had been ripped off but I decided to pay and put it to experience.
On Sunday I realized that they not only had ripped me off they had actually damaged my sink in two places.
I contacted the company, their attitude was first: it's not to do with us, it's to do with the engineer.
This, I did not accept since my contract was with them. Next they were dismissive,(the job was on a Saturday, I notice the damage on Sunday and I call them on Monday) they said things like “why didn't you call us yesterday?” All the time implying that I was making it up.
Also Katie Starr from that company basically told me, in an e-mail, that they have many jobs recorded and only a handful of bad reviews. 60% 1 star reviews in Trust Pilot gives an indication of this companies standards. Also in Plumber finder all I can see are bad reviews.
When the guy that fixed the taps called me he actually said that I was making it up and that he had pictures of the sink etc. I said that he was welcome to show them to me, then he said he was very busy and that he would come round some evening after work. He never called back.
Today is Thursday and every time I call they just keep saying that they are going to speak the guy that damage my sink.
They have a total disregard for their costumers and all they care is about taking your money.
After reading some of the reviews I decided to also cancel my debit card just in case.
