Worst letting agents I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Could not warn against enough. Our house had leaks for about 4 of the 6 months of our tenancy, and at one point even the roof collapsed because they took so long to ‘fix’ aka bodge job, the leaks. Unfortunately whoever the next tenant is will more than likely see the result of the cheap fixes when autumn comes around again and the leaks reappear. I cannot stress enough that if you are renting through a letting agent, do not choose Montrose under any circumstances.
