As we would arrive without cash I paid by card and had to pay extra £1.50. We didn’t have a phone that was working so we added meet and greet - yet we had to wait over 20 min for the driver! We had to find free WiFi to contact the company to find out where the driver was. When we arrived at the destination he had not been told the whole fare was paid for so he had to call the HQ. it ended up costing a lot more and being a pretty bad experience after a tiring long haul flight. Never again.
