Awful service today EE shop Shepherd’s Bush yesterday at 8pm!! Manger handed responsibility to new staff who is not sure what he was doing while watching closely! All my details taken copy of ID and a selfy!! Staff keen to sell rather than sorting my phone problem! It took half an hour wasting my time to tell me they can’t do anything. The attitude isn’t professional at all from staff present. Very disappointing experience.
