You send too many emails - I must get 8 (or it feels like it) for each booking .. and given that I stay with you once a week it is more than annoying… plus, I do dislike the way you take deposits .. I use Airbnb and booking.con plus hotels weekly.. and no one else does it like you do .. it is convoluted and doesn’t work.. if no one else does it, there must be a better way.
