Supaglazing installed our front door and windows four of five years ago now.Nothing but trouble with the front door from day one , two fitters from supaglaze have come back , still issues.We decided to use crystal glaze ltd, fitted our new front door lovely and bi folding back doors, NO issues.
When they removed the front door which supaglaze made and fitted , they found two bricks holding up the door frame ,which where probably done by the original builders , but supa glaze did not mention or offer to put right ( crystal glaze put right straight away ).
Crystal Glaze told us the front door is very poor quality hence we noticed in bowed and we noticed for some time that the front of the door blue colour was fading to white.
We still have issues with the windows that not so supa glaze fiitted but crystal glaze will fix that.
Also my wife said on the day of fitting supa glaze sent many guys around who acted like bulls in a china shop ( probably because they where contractors on price work) did not respect our house .
worse still , within 30 mins of them finishing the supa glaze office where on the phone hassling for payment .
So , i will keep well away from this lot and use CRYSTAL GLAZE , they have better feed back , better fitters who care and will not sell you rubbish/
They said the front door was so cheaply made it looked liked stevie wonder made it .
I do not require any replies or phone call from Not so supa glaze either.
they are lucky i am not going to trading standards really.
