Driver did not text passenger on the day and passenger had to call driver to know where he was because he wasn't at pick-up location at the agreed time. Driver kept saying he was 5 min away when he was stuck on the motorway miles away. I had prepaid and didn't receive the refund. I emailed several times the service and did not receive any reply. I called and was told to send emails. I have rarely dealt with such unreliable and incompetent service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
