The driver was friendly but I wasn’t told when booking that I wouldn’t be picked up at the airport but at a drop off and pick up area. Then had a rude office team member call me and tell me I had given them wrong information (which I hadn’t, he was reading details of a previous booking I had made) and demanding £15 extra. I had a 3 year old, a pram, a car seat and a suitcase which I had to get to a very far drop off and pick up area. If I had know this I would have taken a train at a fraction of the cost. Main reason for me to book was to not be stranded at the airport with a 3yr old and lots of luggage... Lesson learned.
