The system of booking is very clumsy, every day multiple times including after check out there are automated emails requesting credit card payment for damage deposit although was given straight away. On arrival we noticed a soaking wet wall tried to email contact seemed most just returned. There is overall a very musty smell in the property. All of the above is a shame as could be a great place
