We booked and paid for a 6 passenger car, but one that could only fit 4 showed up. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and multiple phone calls to the main office, we finally had to leave in two cars and then had to shorten the business meeting we were going to from 4 hours down to 2:45minutes. Considering the flight we took was solely to meet with this business parter, the lost time was extremely frustrating and caused us to rush through important matters which may negatively impact our future dealings with them. Getting a phone call during the meeting from the dispatcher trying to argue that we would then have to pay for the 2nd car was not an additional level of stress that I was ready to handle at that moment--especially because I have a receipt of payment for a 6 passenger car that they chose to replace with two cars. To say I'm frustrated and embarrassed that my colleagues had to go through this would be an understatement.
