your driver was running late, but didn't call anyone. It took me calling them once they were 15mins delayed for them to say they were still nearly 20-30mins away. This caused unnecessary stress for myself considering I had booked on behalf of someone at work. I sincerely hope that he was not charged the full fare, and, upon his return, depending on how he feels, may lodge a complaint against your company. This is not good enough for an airport run. As a driver, you know how late your are likely to be according to your sat nav; it is not ok to keep clients waiting.
