TERRIBLE! Don't just trust the process with these people. Would strongly recommend to read every single bit of their Policies and T&C's and consider all posible interpretations that could be made out of them, before considering having any business with them. If you still decide to go with them I wholeheartedly wish that you won't get caught out the way I did, time, effort and money wasted for bunch of people on my side simply for the lack of professionalism and moral aspect on their side. Best of luck on whatever you're seeking to achieve on property world!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review, we are sorry to hear that you felt you had an extremely bad experience and would not recommend us. There are protocols we follow which both buyers and brokers are made aware of in writing before a property can be taken off the market. In this instance we didn't receive the necessary requirements for this in a timely enough manner. As an estate agent we pride ourselves protecting our vendor's interests seriously.
