This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a taxi company. After receiving 450 confirmation emails - this is not a joke - the person on the phone told me that it was my fault that their system was sending these emails. I had to spend 30 min on the phone with the online payment company to sort this. When the taxi arrived 15 min later, the driver refused to help me with my bag and only got out of the car when I insisted. Then he drove through small roads crossing Central London all the way to Heathrow. I would strongly recommend that you find an alternative to this company if you need a taxi service. It’s just not worth the stress.
