Purchased a car in june 2019, 3 days after fetching it home the gear box started to grind so contacted motorhouse and got told to contact the warranty company wich is A1. Long story short it's not june 2020 and nothing has been sorted. These "we will give you a call back" do not happen. No customer service skills what so ever. If anyone needs any help please contact citizens advice who are currently helping us at the moment. Also, record all your calls what you have with motorhouse as this is your proof of what their like to deal with.
